Welcome to Kiddies Town ECD & Academy
We are an English Medium learning center based in Polokwane CBD near Savanna Mall. Established at a core of loving children and education, our main focus at Kiddies Town ECD and Academy is to care, educate and develop children in a warm and friendly environment giving exposure to all our children in all fields including education, social interaction and extra mural activities. We believe each child is unique; our children are still babies and need not only an education but a stable emotional foundation. We have an exclusive environment for our children and parents, and want our families to feel that their school is safe and a home away from home. Kiddies Town caters for different types of parents and grandparents who are working or in business, parents who are still at school, grandparents who have retired but still active with daily activities, providing all the needs for you and your children.

Our main focus is to care, educate and develop children.
Education:
Weekly assessments and quarterly progress reports.
Teachers are qualified experienced and offer an all rounded education.
School readiness: children will be ready for private and public schools.
Parent communication: liaise with parents on education and emotional aspects termly or if required earlier.
Potty training from the age of 12 - 18 months.
Daily communication: Ages: birth – 2 years: Full daily report consisting of nappy changes, feeding, medication given (as advised by parents) and accident reports (if any).
Ages 3 years – 6 years: Communication book (now via Whatsap), teachers to parent communication on a daily/ weekly basis or on request.
Weekly Themes – parent interaction with children as per their day at school. i.e Weekly Theme:
Parent would have the opportunity to discuss this at home and reinforce the education from school; this allows the parent to stay involved with their child’s education.
Variety of extra mural activities offered at school.
Extra Mural Activities: Soccer, Computers, Music, Golf and other Sports on Fridays.
Please note that sports activities are offered on an extra termly charge to parents and payable to the third party. All the coaches are professional and come to the school on request.
School concerts. Christmas, Easter functions, Heritage and Spring day celebrations.
Our Programme
We train kids according to NCF-Elda Themes and issue progress reports quarterly.
Digital Kids
Here we allow our kids to learn through technology. On a weekly basis we expose kids to computers. These are digital kids and the world revolves around technology. We cannot leave them behind! Everything that we do these days is done with the use of computers and technology. Teachers give computer lessons and link theme activities with different apps helping kids to understand their weekly themes easily and know how to use computers and tablets. An exciting moment for kids!
